Account Managers at Infinet are the owners of the client relationship and as such, are responsible for: * Building meaningful strategic relationships with middle to senior level decision-makers such as brand or product managers. Respond to, and at times predict, the clientÂs needs and excel at meeting those needs; * Develop and grow business within identified accounts through consultative selling and effective relationship building; * Leading the proposal process, preparing presentations and showing initiative and visible leadership when mining new business within existing accounts; * Revenue generation though the creation of deeper and broader client and stakeholder relationships; * Liaising with the Project Management team and troubleshooting through sign-off, change control and communication through each web development project; * Requirements analysis and definition on all project work
